IAA enrolls mobile devices in A Child is Missing alert program

As part of its ongoing commitment to community engagement, the Indianapolis Airport Authority has enrolled in A Child is Missing’s (ACIM) alert program. As a result, nearly 100 IAA employees with IAA cell phones or other mobile devices could have the opportunity to assist their neighbors near the Indianapolis International Airport should ACIM report a person missing in the area. The ACIM alert program leverages a network of subscribers in an effort to ensure the early safe recovery of a missing child, college student, elderly person, or person with a disability. Upon request by law enforcement, ACIM sends alerts containing details of a missing person to subscribers in the area where the person was last seen.
